Our practice has been successfully running for near on 20 years, conveniently located across the road from the St Leonards train station (see map). We have one dentist (Dr Howard), 2 Hygienists, and 5 support staff who are highly trained to help you with your dental needs.
The surgery was established as a general dental practice and has over time evolved into one with a wholistic framework which underpins our services.
When you arrive for your appointment please alert the ladies at the desk if they haven’t already identified you. We have plenty of room for you to relax and catch up on the latest magazines in air-conditioned comfort, though out aim is not to keep you waiting.
For your convenience we have the hicaps system which links us to many health funds. To claim your treatment you will need to bring your health fund card with you to every appointment, so you then only need to pay the “gap”. We accept cash, cheques, Visa, Mastercard, eftpos and American Express.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated, however last minute cancellations may incur a fee. Ideally 48 hours notice is sufficient unless stated in your treatment plan.
